European dropshipping means selling products that are stocked and shipped by suppliers inside Europe. When a customer orders from your store, the order is forwarded to the supplier, who ships directly to your customer from an EU warehouse. You never hold stock and never handle the parcel.
Because every WaveGo supplier ships from a warehouse inside the EU, delivery to customers in the Nordics and most of Europe typically takes 2–5 working days, against three to six weeks for a comparable product shipped from Asia. There are also no customs charges landing on your customer's doormat.
No. WaveGo never takes a percentage of your retail sales. Whatever your customer pays you through your own Shopify checkout is yours. You pay the supplier's B2B price excluding VAT plus shipping, and your monthly plan — nothing else.
WaveGo shows you each supplier's B2B price excluding VAT — that is your cost. You set your retail price yourself in the Import List before pushing a product to Shopify, and you can change it at any time afterwards. Your margin is the difference between the two, minus shipping.
The order appears in WaveGo. Once it is paid, it is forwarded to the supplier, who picks, packs and ships directly to your customer. The tracking number is written back into your Shopify order and the fulfilment is created automatically, so your customer gets their shipping confirmation from your store.
No. You pay the supplier only after your customer has paid you. There is no inventory to buy, no minimum order quantity and no upfront commitment beyond your monthly plan — and the free plan costs nothing.
Yes. WaveGo syncs supplier stock levels automatically, so when a supplier sells out your listing follows. That prevents the worst failure mode in dropshipping — selling something that cannot be fulfilled — and stock returns on its own when the supplier restocks.
Each supplier ships to a defined list of destination countries at a defined cost per country, shown on their supplier profile in the app. Check that list before importing products: if your customer's country is not on it, that supplier's items cannot be fulfilled to them.
Your relationship with your own customer is governed by your own store policy. When you pay a supplier through WaveGo, that checkout runs on the supplier's own Stripe account, so the supplier is merchant of record for the B2B transaction and handles their own refunds and disputes.
