Watch: getting started with WaveGo
A short walkthrough of the app — finding suppliers, importing products and handling an order.
Setting up your store
Four steps from a fresh install to your first product live in Shopify.
1
Browse suppliers
Open Browse Suppliers to see every vetted European supplier connected to WaveGo. Open a supplier profile first — it lists the countries they ship to and the shipping cost per destination. A customer outside that list cannot be fulfilled, so this matters before you import.
2
Pick your products
Open a product to see the B2B price excluding VAT, the live inventory and the SKU. The B2B price is your cost — your retail price is entirely yours to set. Click Add to import list; nothing has reached your store yet.
3
Set prices in the Import List
The Import List is your staging area. Set your retail price, adjust the title, description and images, then push the product to Shopify. From that moment WaveGo keeps the stock level in sync automatically — when the supplier sells out, your listing follows.
4
Sell as usual
Your customers buy from your store, at your retail price, paid to you through your own Shopify checkout. Nothing about your storefront changes.
What happens when you get an order
From the customer's checkout to the tracking number landing back in your store.
1
The order arrives in Shopify
A customer places an order and pays you at your retail price, exactly as with any other Shopify order. You keep that money.
2
WaveGo picks it up automatically
The order appears under Orders in WaveGo, marked "Awaiting supplier payment". Nothing has been sent to the supplier yet — you are still in control.
3
You pay the supplier
Open the order and you see exactly what you owe: the supplier's B2B price plus shipping to your customer's country. Click Pay now and you are taken to a checkout hosted on the supplier's own Stripe account — you pay the supplier directly, never WaveGo.
4
Three things happen at once
The supplier's stock is reduced, the supplier is emailed the order with the delivery address, and they receive a secure link to confirm fulfilment.
5
The supplier ships
They pack the order and enter the carrier and tracking number on that secure link.
6
Tracking flows back to your customer
The tracking number is written straight into your Shopify order and the fulfilment is created. Your customer receives their shipping confirmation from your store — without you touching anything.
What you pay
Transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
You are charged exactly two things per order: the product's B2B price excluding VAT, and shipping to your customer's country. Both are shown on the order before you pay — there is nothing added on top at checkout.
When you pay a supplier through WaveGo you are not paying WaveGo. The checkout runs on the supplier's own Stripe account — they are the merchant of record and handle their own refunds and disputes.
WaveGo never takes a cut of your retail sales. What your customer pays you in your own Shopify checkout is yours; your margin is the difference between that and the B2B price plus shipping.
Your monthly plan covers how many product variants you can list and how many suppliers you can work with. There are no setup fees and you can cancel at any time.
