WaveGo is a Shopify app that provides the technical platform connecting suppliers and retailers for dropshipping. You (the retailer) select products, sell them in your own Shopify store and are responsible for your relationship with your end customer. When you confirm and pay a supplier order, WaveGo forwards the necessary order details to the supplier. The supplier sells the products to you, invoices you, and ships them to your end customer. WaveGo does not buy or sell the products and is not a party to the sale between you and your customer, or between you and the supplier.
By using WaveGo and activating a supplier, you instruct WaveGo to share the company, billing, order and delivery details necessary with the supplier you activate or order from, so the supplier can identify and where required approve you, process the order, determine applicable B2B and VAT terms, invoice you, and handle delivery, returns and complaints. You give this instruction when you activate the supplier. Under the current flow these details are made available to the supplier in connection with an order — once you have confirmed and paid a supplier order — and not at the moment of activation. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement and Data Processing Terms.
WaveGo provides the technical platform and is responsible for the processing and security performed within its own platform and under its control. WaveGo is not responsible for the products, product information, delivery, returns, complaints, invoicing or business decisions of suppliers, or for your relationship with your customers. Each retailer and supplier remains responsible for its own processing, systems and legal obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Retailer subscription fees are billed through Shopify Billing according to the plan you select; billing, renewals and cancellation follow Shopify's billing mechanism. Supplier payments are processed via Stripe Connect to the supplier's connected Stripe account, with WaveGo taking its agreed platform fee. You may stop using WaveGo at any time; your subscription is managed through Shopify.
WaveGo may not be used for illegal products or services, or to circumvent platform or subscription limits. WaveGo may suspend or restrict access where these terms are breached or to prevent abuse, applying proportionate measures.
We may update these terms; we will make the current version available in the app and on our website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by Swedish law, with disputes resolved by the Swedish courts.
