1. About WaveGo

WaveGo is a Shopify app that connects suppliers with Shopify retailers for dropshipping automation. By installing or using WaveGo you agree to these terms.

2. Retailer terms

• You must have an active Shopify store to use WaveGo
• Subscription fees are charged monthly via Shopify Billing
• You may cancel at any time; no refunds for partial months
• You are responsible for your store, listings and customer service
• WaveGo is not responsible for supplier delays, product quality or shipping issues

3. Platform rules

• WaveGo may not be used for illegal products or services
• You may not attempt to circumvent subscription limits
• WaveGo reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Liability

WaveGo is a technology platform connecting retailers and suppliers. We are not a party to transactions between them and are not liable for product quality, delivery failures or customer disputes.

5. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of WaveGo after changes constitutes acceptance.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are resolved in Swedish courts.
