- Retailer name and email (from Shopify)
- Customer name and shipping address (from orders, for fulfillment only)

- To provide the WaveGo dropshipping service
- To forward orders to suppliers for fulfillment
- To sync inventory and prices between suppliers and retailers
- To process payments via Shopify Billing and Mollie
3. Who we share data with
- Suppliers: receive customer name and shipping address to fulfill orders
- Mollie: payment processing
- Shopify: order and product data via API
- Railway: hosting provider (EU region)
- Supabase: database provider (EU region)
We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Data retention
- Order data is retained for 3 years for accounting purposes
- Customer personal data is anonymized after order fulfillment on GDPR request
- When you uninstall WaveGo, your data is deleted after 48 hours
